Housing & Urban Finance

In the rapidly changing global economy and housing and urban environment, the establishment of a win-win housing and urban financial system has become more important than ever.

This forum, which started in 2013 and marks its 10th anniversary this year, aims to explore new directions of housing and urban finance that not only current but also future generations can enjoy together and gather wisdom to find various innovative solutions, under the main theme of "Future of Housing & Urban Finance - Bridging Generations for Shared Prosperity".

The forum will be held in two sectors, the first of which seeks various financial strategies and policy solutions for sustainable development and intergenerational co-prosperity amid the rapidly changing financial environment and housing polarization, on "The Role of Housing and Urban Finance in an Increasingly Polarizing World".

The second sector will be focused on "Sharing Korea’s Experience in Housing and Urban Finance", and we would like to share examples of Korea's housing policy being introduced overseas and contributing to the resolution of housing problems and economic and social development, and present a vision for win-win development.
